Soweit dem Gast ein Stellplatz zur Verfügung gestellt wird, kommt dadurch kein Verwahrungsvertrag zustande. Bei Abhandenkommen oder Beschädigung auf dem Grundstück abgestellter oder rangierter Kraftfahrzeuge und deren Inhalte haftet der Vermieter nicht, außer bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit.
Bei einem kurzfristigen Ausfall von Einrichtungsgegenständen, der öffentlichen Versorgung oder durch höhere Gewalt besteht kein Anspruch auf Preisminderung. Mängel an der Ferienwohnung sind sofort dem Vermieter mitzuteilen. Der Gast gewährt dem Vermieter eine angemessene Frist zur Beseitigung der Mängel. Spätere Reklamationen werden nicht akzeptiert und können nicht angerechnet werden.
Das Rauchen ist in unserer Ferienwohnung grundsätzlich verboten. Beschädigungen wie Brandflecken und Löcher in oder an Möbel, Fußboden, Bettwäsche, Tischdecken usw. haben zur Folge, dass wir Ihnen dies zum Wiederbeschaffungswert in Rechnung stellen müssen. Auf dem Gelände befinden sich Heu und Stroh. Bitte halten Sie sich an das RAUCHVERBOT, aufgrund der hohen brandgefahr .
Es besteht die Möglichkeit auf dem Parkplatz oder auf dem Hof in der vorgesehenen Raucherecke zu rauchen. Bitte entsorgen Sie die Reste nicht auf dem Grundstück, sondern im Aschenbecher. Der Aschenbecher ist vor Abreise zwingend im Restmüll zu leeren. Sie finden den Aschenbecher auf dem Tisch der Raucherecke, auf dem Hof .

All things which are in the house or belong to it may and should be used by the guests. Please, handle, nevertheless, with the whole equipment and the inventory carefully. If you have moved the pieces of furniture during your stay, we ask you the original state with your departure to restore.
In the rent price washing-up liquids and cleaning materials, garbage bags are included beside the overnight costs bedclothes, towels, dish towels, also in a basic equipment.

Journey and departure
The holiday apartment is free of relation on the journey day from 15.00 o'clock. Please, inform us of your prospective arrival time absolutely some days before the journey. The key handing over occurs after individual arrangement. When required the use of our key safe is possible.
On the departure day the flat is to be left till 11.00 o'clock well-swept. Moved pieces of furniture are to be removed again to the original place. All used dishes are to be put away again cleanly in the cupboards, the beds must not be drawn off. Please, throw before departure all used towels simply on a heap on the ground.
The outside arrangement accompanying to the holiday apartment encloses the parking lot for passenger car and the meadow with surfaces for grill and seat. The court is determined for common use and should be accessible any time up to the front door. Please, leave also the outside arrangement, as well as you them have found and decontaminate garbage and refuse as well as also the legacy of her domestic animal independently.
Please remove the tiles from the shower after each shower in order to avoid limescale deposits.
Leave the window open and, if possible, the door open for ventilation.
Do not throw or pour any hygiene products, waste, food remains, harmful liquids, fats, etc. in the shower or toilet, as this may lead to unpleasant blockages. Please use the possibilities provided.
If you need a bathrobe please inform us. They are in stock and on request we are happy to give them out.
Nobody intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. If this should happen, please report the damage to us immediately so that we do not detect it after your departure at the final cleaning.
The guest or his insurance is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement costs.
We will provide you with bed linen for the duration of your stay. You do not have to deduct the bed linen before your departure.
The full rental fee must be paid in cash before or after moving into the apartment, or in good time by bank transfer. If a down payment has been made, this must be deducted and the remaining amount must be paid. Credit cards and EC cards or cheques are not accepted.
For booking inquiries please contact us by phone or better by mail via our booking inquiry form. A definitive booking must always be made in writing by post or e-mail.

A fully functional and impeccable ironing board stands in the corner in front of the bathroom where the vacuum cleaner and the sweeping set are located. If an accident should happen to you with one of the devices you inform us (see also damages).
There are additional blankets in the apartment. These are only intended for the in-house area and we ask you not to use them as picnic blankets. If you need one, we will be happy to provide one for you. Please contact us
We offer you the possibility of a purchase service before arrival with reimbursement of expenses. So you will find everything you need for your holiday on arrival.
Unless otherwise agreed, the costs of final cleaning are covered by the flat rate. They are calculated on the basis of normal cleaning costs. The apartment must be left swept clean on departure, dishes must be washed and stored (see "Arrival and Departure"), please separate the garbage (see "Garbage").
Should there still be particularly heavy soiling on departure, this will be charged according to expenditure.
Bicycles are available for your stay.
If you bring your bike, you can leave it in the basement of the house in a designated room. Please inform us .
Hair dryer / Curling iron / Straightening iron
For the duration of your stay we will provide you with a hair dryer, curling iron and straightening iron. These can be found on the shelf behind the bathroom door. Please be sure to clean any hair residue from the appliances after use.
For the seat in our outdoor area (see also outdoor area) we provide you with a table with 2 chairs and a bench, a sunshade, a beach chair and 2 deck chairs including cushions.
The sunshade can be folded up in the evening, in case of rain it has to be placed at the laundry place where you found it (to protect it from storm and weather damages).
The seat is to be left as you found it, garbage and rubbish are to be disposed independently.
Only guests who are also specified in the rental agreement are allowed overnight in the apartment. Should guests stay overnight in the apartment without prior written notification and payment in advance, this person will be charged for the entire duration of the stay and must be paid immediately.
We also reserve the right to report fraud.
If you want to find certain drinks in your accommodation on your arrival, please inform us in advance. We will provide them in advance against reimbursement of expenses.
We provide you for the dishwasher for the beginning dishwasher detergents / tabs. After that we ask for self-catering. In an emergency, we can provide you with additional detergents/tabs at an extra charge.
If the dishwasher is not fully loaded, please use the short program.
If the salt or rinse aid runs out, please let us know.
Before moving out, all dishes from the dishwasher must be put back into the cupboards.
We also provide you with dish towels for your stay, which you will find lying on the shelf.
For the sake of environmental compatibility, we also ask you to use our resources conscientiously with regard to the number of dish towels used.
We have set up an outside grill for you, please be extremely careful when handling open fire and pay particular attention to your children. The barbecue is only operated with charcoal or briquettes and we kindly ask you to take care of the necessary amount of charcoal or briquettes during your stay.
After the grilling the cooled down ashes are to be removed from the grill and disposed in the intended bucket. The grill must always be cleaned.
The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest(s).
We will provide you with towels for the duration of your stay. For the sake of environmental compatibility, we ask you to use our resources conscientiously with regard to the number of towels used. Please throw the used towels on the floor before departure.
In case of an emergency there is a small medicine chest which you will find in the wardrobe in the bathroom. We hope, however, that you will not need it.
Right of domicile
Under certain circumstances (very rare) it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the holiday home without the guest's knowledge.
Animals are allowed in the apartment on written request. For any damage caused, you or your insurance company will be liable. Pets are not allowed in the beds or on the sofa. If we find dirty bed linen from your pets after departure, we will replace it completely and charge you for it.
If the mattress is also affected, it will be replaced at your expense.
Also on the sofa no pets belong. Should it be contaminated, we will have it cleaned at your expense or, depending on the condition of the contamination, also replaced.
Supervision and consideration:
Your pet is to be supervised within the entire property.
As pet owner you are liable for all damage and contamination caused by your pet to the rented property, its furnishings and surroundings.
The apartment has a wireless internet connection (WLAN). Please ask us for the access code. The use of the internet with your own WLAN-enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge for the tenant. You use the Internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the Internet use of the tenant. For the use of Internet access via WLAN, the WLAN usage rules must also be observed. Please understand, however, that we (must) protect ourselves against misuse with a signature on your part.
If you have never fired a fireplace before, please contact us. We will instruct you in a few minutes.
The fireplace is to be heated exclusively with the provided, dry wood. Lighters for this they have some as basic equipment. All further required igniters they get please in the Discounter.
Please do not put anything on the stove and do not put any firewood on it to pre-dry. Fire hazard!
At the end of your stay please restore the fireplace as you found it. Please dispose of the ashes exclusively in the metal bucket provided for this purpose, which is located in the yard next to the wood provided.
Children's bed/ highchair
On request we can provide you with a children's travel bed incl. bed linen and/or a highchair free of charge. Please let us know what you need at the time of booking.
Please take care of the kitchen equipment and technical devices. Since a dirty kitchen does not please anyone, please put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards only in a clean and dry condition. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or worktop without coasters. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition.
Do not throw or pour any waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, fats, etc. into the sink as this may cause unpleasant blockages.
The refrigerator should be emptied before moving out and wiped out with a damp cloth, no opened food should remain in it. Optimum cooling is at level 1.5.
If you need a freezer , please contact us . It is located in the basement of the house and is unlocked in the morning and closed again in the evening. Please leave the freezer empty and clean on departure.
In the event of multiple violations of the rental conditions, the landlord can cancel the lease unilaterally and the guest must leave the apartment immediately. In this case there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price.
To prevent the formation of mould, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering.
They have a stereo in their apartment. We ask you to use it in a normal way and to keep the peace in your house.
Since we are obliged to separate waste, the waste is to be separated after:
-> Packaging material acc. to yellow sack (all packaging with the green dot)
-> Residual waste (everything that does not fall under the first two categories)
Garbage and yellow sacks are available free of charge in the cupboard under the sink.
You will find glass containers at the roundabout in the centre of the village or at most supermarkets.
Reusable bottles and other pledged goods must also be disposed of independently where they were purchased.
Water, electricity, heating and garbage are included in the rental price unless otherwise agreed. These costs are calculated for normal consumption, if they are above average, the landlord reserves the right to charge additional costs.
The radiators are equipped with modern thermostats which allow a temperature range of 5 C to 24 C.
Excessive heating or continuous ventilation during heating operation is prohibited for ecological reasons.
It can be parked directly in front of the holiday flat, further public parking spaces are in direct proximity.
If the guest is provided with a parking space, this does not constitute a custody contract. The landlord is not liable for the loss of or damage to vehicles parked or manoeuvred on the property and their contents, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
In the event of a short-term failure of furnishings, public utilities or force majeure, there is no entitlement to a price reduction. Defects in the holiday home must be reported to the landlord immediately. The guest grants the landlord a reasonable period of time to remedy the defects. Later complaints will not be accepted and cannot be credited.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in our apartment. Damage such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, flooring, bed linen, tablecloths, etc. will result in us having to charge you for this at replacement value.
There is hay and straw on the premises. Please keep to them due to the high risk of fire.
It is possible to smoke in the car park or in the courtyard in the designated smoking area. Please dispose of the remains not on the property, but in the ashtray. The ashtray must be emptied before departure. You will find the ashtray on the smokers' corner table in the yard.
If an accident should happen to you (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to eliminate it immediately. Brooms, dustpan, bucket, mop and cleaning agent are available.
We kindly ask you to leave the holiday apartment swept clean on departure and to put all used crockery back in the cupboards.
A free cleaning service is available once a week. Please inform us in advance
The apartment is located in a residential area. In the sense of a good neighbourhood we ask you to observe the public rest periods such as midday, night and Sunday rest. Also in the vacation home itself should be kept out of consideration between 22:00 o'clock and 7:00 o'clock peace.
Please never give the keys out of your hand. Any loss of the keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.
In the bedroom in the closet there is a built-in safe. Please ask us for the combination or use the combination of numbers you received for the safe at the key box.
We ask you not to walk with street shoes in your apartment, especially during the wet months.
The parasol is placed in the garden at the laundry place.
The sun chairs are placed in the garden at the laundry place. Please put them back when you leave and even if you don't need them.
There's a wicker beach chair in their garden. It is undamaged. If you do not need it, please pack it with the corresponding cover.
Also here please do not let pets in. If animal hair or damage is caused by you or your pet, we will charge you for it.
Duty of care
We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travellers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. Please pay particular attention to your children.
The front door of the house should always be closed. Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment in order to avoid possible damage due to storms or burglary.
Water, electricity and heating resources should be used sparingly.
For a late check-out after 11 am, the daily rate will be one night.
If you bring sports equipment you have the possibility to lock it in the basement of the house. Please inform us .
We hope you don't have to cancel your holiday unplanned. Should this happen, however, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Cancellation of booking

-> up to 1 month 50%
-> up to 14 days 80%
Cancellations must be made by 12 noon CET (Central European Time) of the respective day.
If there is no prior written cancellation, we will unfortunately have to charge the full amount.
There is no telephone in the apartment.
We will provide you with toilet paper for the beginning. After that we ask for self-catering. In case of emergency we can provide you with toilet paper for an extra charge.
No hygiene products, waste, food leftovers, harmful liquids, fats, etc. may be thrown or poured into the toilet, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages. Please use the possibilities provided.
Should a blockage occur, the resulting costs will be borne by the guest.
